Ellen is a Business Coordinator with our company and enjoys assisting agents with their marketing needs and new business processing. She has spent the last seven years working in customer service, learning to adjust and adapt myself to the personality of the customer to better the interaction. Her customer service experience has further developed and improved her communication skills and established strong leadership abilities and problem solving. Ellen will be graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University in Electronic Media Broadcasting in December 2016 and looks forward to using her marketing education to expand her skills with our agents and clients. Ellen currently reside in Northern Kentucky and enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and discovering local coffee shops in the area.
